Entry Requirements for Ecuador

We recommend that all participants verify the entry requirements for Ecuador according to their nationality before making travel arrangements. Immigration requirements may vary and are subject to change by the relevant authorities.

Important: Participants from Venezuelan should note that Ecuador has required a visa for entry since August 2019. Visa applications must be submitted online through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility's e-VISAS portal:

• Registration opening:February 18, 2026
• Online registration closing: October 19, 2026

Registrations will reopen at the venue.

Deadlines:

• Early bird rate: until May 4, 2026. Regular rates will apply to all registrations with pending payment.
• Regular rate: until October 19, 2026

Group Registrations:

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received before September 26, 2026 will be subject to a 20% administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
